Full job description

The Product Manager (Product Owner) will manage the Development Team’s backlog, prioritize tasks to meet product goals, ensure backlog transparency, coordinate with other Product Teams, manage product development cycles including requirement analysis, user story refinement, acceptance criteria verification, user documentation, and product releases. Plan business milestones and optimize development team output to maximize business value. Act as a subject matter expert in the product domain. Requirements include 2+ years as a Product Owner, experience managing back-end products, strong product management knowledge, experience with cross-functional teams, adaptability, excellent English communication skills, and alignment with company principles. Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred. What you'll do

  • Fully own and manage the Development Team’s backlog, prioritizing items to achieve Product goals
  • Ensure Product Backlogs are transparent and clear to stakeholders
  • Identify dependencies with other Product Teams and coordinate changes
  • Manage Product Development cycles including requirement analysis, definition and refinement of Epics and User Stories, verifying acceptance criteria, preparing user documentation, and communicating product releases
  • Plan Business Milestones according to company priorities
  • Optimize value of work performed by Development Teams to maximize business value
  • Act as a subject matter expert in your Product domain

Requirements

  • Proven track record of working as a Product Owner for at least 2+ years
  • Experience in managing back-end products
  • Strong knowledge of Product Management methodologies, techniques, and best practices
  • Experience working with dispersed and cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability to change and ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English
  • Alignment with Adform’s guiding principles
  • Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification (preferred)
