Full job description

Product Manager role focused on localising and developing products and solutions for China and MENA markets. Responsibilities include managing product portfolio delivery against objectives, updating product roadmaps, product localisation, cross-functional collaboration, adoption of best practices, product quality assessment, data analysis for strategy, continuous product improvements, leading product training, supporting client pitches, scoping and managing partnerships, contract negotiations, ensuring legal and technical alignment, evangelizing partnerships, stakeholder advocacy, maintaining product documentation, fostering team culture, and driving innovation. Requires 3+ years experience in programmatic product development and scalable custom solutions across North America, EMEA, or APAC. Experience collaborating with analytics, engineering, and data science teams, managing complex projects, negotiating contracts, and strong leadership and communication skills are essential. What you'll do

  • Ensure all Products under your Portfolio are delivering against product objectives and market OKRs as per set timelines
  • Update timelines for Product & Solutions roadmap internally and externally periodically
  • Ideate and contribute to product localisation for the China Outbound market including training and localisation of collateral
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales, trading, account management and CoE teams
  • Pursue adoption of best practices in product management across different work streams
  • Create and regularly update product best practices for Commercial and Operations teams
  • Regular assessment of product & solutions stability and quality including collecting feedback and improvement recommendations
  • Analyse product utilisation data and make recommendations related to regional product strategies and processes
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvements across products & solutions including process improvement
  • Identify opportunities for new product development or enhancement of existing products & solutions based on industry trends
  • Lead product training, monitor adoption and lead continuous market feedback collection
  • Support key client pitches based on local market needs and priorities
  • Identify and scope new partnership opportunities with data and supply vendors for China Outbound
  • Manage data partnerships to monitor value exchange and focus on value-driving partnerships
  • Contribute to contract negotiations with external vendors
  • Scope activation and operational nuances of product implementation/delivery
  • Ensure alignment with legal, tech requirements and specifications
  • Evangelize and support adoption of global partnerships with local teams
  • Negotiate and gain advocacy from local market leads, operations lead, local sales and trading teams
  • Be recognized as a product and domain evangelist
  • Meet business deliverables and expectations across multiple products or product lines
  • Build and maintain a product wiki for China to house all relevant product & solutions information
  • Contribute to a product team culture that inspires and motivates
  • Push and expand MiQ’s boundaries on product development for China
  • Identify opportunities across MiQ functions and bring them to the Product org
  • Build board and exec level proposals for product growth
  • Lead ideation, technical development, launch and continued adoption of features

Requirements

  • 3+ years of programmatic products / solutions development experience
  • 3+ years’ experience of developing scalable custom solutions for clients operating in North America, EMEA and/or APAC
  • Experience ideating, scoping and driving a new product area in an established product and technology team
  • Experience collaborating closely with Analytics, Engineering and DS teams
  • Experience working with commercial and operational teams to scope & deliver products & solutions
  • Experience leading complex external or internal projects across different teams and geographies
  • Deep and broad technical knowledge of digital ecosystem in North America, EMEA and APAC
  • Proven track record of leveraging various LLM’s to deliver product enhancements & automations
  • Some experience negotiating data/platform/supply contracts & partnerships
  • Proven track record of effective project management, prioritisation & timely delivery of multiple products/projects simultaneously
  • Experience presenting to clients, senior internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a rigorous and timely manner
  • High degree of self-motivation
  • Excellent prioritization & organizational skills
  • Eagerness to work in a ‘start-up’ environment that will rapidly iterate
  • Professional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Evidence of strong people management, employee development and building high performing teams
