Full job description

Celtra seeks a Product Manager for Creative Automation to drive enterprise-level feature innovation for marketers. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities with Fortune 1000 brands, managing product roadmap, leading product lifecycle from discovery to rollout, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams. Requirements include a relevant degree, 3+ years product management or engineering experience in SaaS, familiarity with CRM/BPM/workflow solutions, strong communication skills, experiment design and data interpretation experience, and ability to simplify complex systems. Prior API/integration experience is a plus. Salary range $95,000 - $130,000 plus bonus.

What you'll do

  • Find new product market growth opportunities with Fortune 1000 brands and major agencies
  • Fully cover enterprise-level workflow challenges: scale, communication, flexible processes, enterprise collaboration
  • Co-own and take responsibility for the product roadmap
  • Lead full lifecycle of new products and features development from discovery to market rollout and client adoption
  • Contribute to business plans, forecasting, pricing, and positioning of new product offerings
  • Work closely with customers on product discovery and new opportunities through alpha/beta experiments and testing
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive deals and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Engineering, technology, or business oriented degree or background
  • Minimum 3 years of general product management and/or engineering experience within a SaaS environment
  • Experience working with CRM, BPM, and/or other workflow solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas in written, spoken and visual language
  • Experience in designing experiments and interpreting data
  • Curiosity to spot and actively pursue opportunities to improve development and/or business processes
  • Ability to re-engineer complex systems and their logic to simplify user interaction
  • Broad visual vocabulary with ability to expand or create design language
  • Prior experience developing integration and/or APIs (a plus)
