Full job description

Product Lead role based in Mainland China reporting to General Manager (China). Responsible for managing programmatic advertising products (DSP, ADX, SSP), including product docking, technical support, business channel design, product function and strategy development, and product launch. Maintain technical support for existing customers and agents, troubleshoot issues, and design docking schemes for new traffic and budgets. Independently explore resource value and combine traffic, platform, strategy, data, and customers to upgrade or build business models. Requires over 8 years experience in programmatic advertising or solution engineering, familiarity with programmatic workflows and data indicators (RTA/RTB), experience with third-party advertising systems (Google DV360, Microsoft Advertising, Baidu), strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills. English proficiency required.

What you'll do

  • Manage docking work of ADX, SSP, and DSP related products in programmatic ecology
  • Provide technical support for customer needs and programmatic platform
  • Design business channels, product functions, and business strategies for programmatic advertising products, interfaces, and attributions
  • Promote successful launch of products
  • Technical maintenance of existing customers and agents, problem tracking and troubleshooting
  • Design docking schemes for new traffic and new budget
  • Independently explore resource value and combine traffic, platform, strategy, data, and customers to upgrade or build business models and promote implementation

Requirements

  • More than 8 years of experience in programmatic advertising-related products (DSP/ADX/SSP) or Solution Engineering experience
  • Familiar with programmatic advertising workflow
  • Proficient in programmatic advertising data indicators and calculation logic (RTA/RTB)
  • Familiar with third-party advertising systems such as Google DV360, Microsoft Advertising, Baidu
  • Rich experience in platform docking and operation
  • Logical thinking and data analysis ability to verify functional benefits or locate problems
  • Good English skills for cross-region and cross-culture communication
  • Strong project management and cross-team communication skills
  • Experience in programmatic advertising optimization success cases or attribution models preferred
