Product Lead role based in Mainland China reporting to General Manager (China). Responsible for managing programmatic advertising products (DSP, ADX, SSP), including product docking, technical support, business channel design, product function and strategy development, and product launch. Maintain technical support for existing customers and agents, troubleshoot issues, and design docking schemes for new traffic and budgets. Independently explore resource value and combine traffic, platform, strategy, data, and customers to upgrade or build business models. Requires over 8 years experience in programmatic advertising or solution engineering, familiarity with programmatic workflows and data indicators (RTA/RTB), experience with third-party advertising systems (Google DV360, Microsoft Advertising, Baidu), strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills. English proficiency required.
