Product Director role in Product organization to own strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and adoption of shared platform services across multiple Product Areas. Responsibilities include driving prioritization, stakeholder alignment, resolving technical dependencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing shared platform capabilities (Identity & Access Management, API Gateway, Integration Services, Data Distribution, Platform Administration), and monitoring product performance. Requires 3+ years in Product Management in software/SaaS/platform environments, strong product management skills, stakeholder management, project/change management experience, and excellent English communication. Optional experience in AdTech, MarTech, enterprise applications, pricing strategies, and product marketing is a plus. Location: Copenhagen, Denmark.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Product Management within software, SaaS, platform, or technology-driven environments
Strong knowledge of product management methodologies, roadmap planning, prioritization, and product lifecycle management
Experience working with complex platforms and coordinating initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
Understanding of how business goals, user needs, architecture, and platform operations come together to create successful products
Experience defining both functional and non-functional requirements
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Experience driving quality, governance, readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives
Practical project management and change management experience
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex dependencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
