Full job description

AppsFlyer seeks a mid-level Product Designer with 3-5 years experience in end-to-end digital product design, preferably in B2B or complex systems. The role involves leading product design including research, ideation, wireframes, and visual design for a data-rich B2B platform. The candidate will collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts, and contribute to design systems and culture. Required skills include proficiency in Figma, strong UX/UI portfolio, and communication skills. Bonus for relevant degree, experience with data tools or marketing tech, and internal recommendations. Location: Herzliya, Israel.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end product design: research, ideation, flows, wireframes, visual design
  • Design intuitive, user-centered solutions in a data-rich B2B environment
  • Translate complex workflows into accessible product experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, analysts, and fellow designers
  • Facilitate design reviews, usability tests, and continuous iteration
  • Contribute to the Design System and design culture at large scale

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience designing digital products end-to-end
  • Background in B2B or complex systems
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and refined UI execution
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant program (Visual Communications, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, HCI) - bonus
  • Experience designing data tools, analytics platforms, or marketing technologies - bonus
  • Recommended by an AppsFlyer employee - bonus
