Full job description

Role involves end-to-end ownership of analytical projects including problem definition, data exploration, analysis, solution development, and adoption. Responsibilities include creating scalable analytical solutions, reporting systems, dashboards, and self-serve analytics to support business and product decisions. Use predictive and prescriptive analytics with statistical modelling and machine learning. Automate recurring analytical workflows and collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Product, Tech, Finance, and Operations. Leverage AI to accelerate analysis and improve forecasting. Requires strong stakeholder management, project management skills, and ability to work with large, complex datasets. Must have 4+ years hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau or Power BI, and 3+ years in analytical roles such as Product Analyst or Data Analyst. Experience with Databricks, Tercept, statistical analysis, experimentation, forecasting, and predictive modelling is a plus. Location: Bangalore, India.
