Full job description
Microsoft AI Monetization seeks a Principal UX Researcher to lead research for AI-powered monetization experiences. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, driving product strategy with rigorous multi-stage research, collaborating cross-functionally, guiding teams creatively, identifying new opportunities, leading research on complex initiatives, influencing senior leadership, and elevating team research quality. Required qualifications include advanced degrees or equivalent experience in related fields with significant UX research experience, expertise in quantitative methods (SEM, multivariate modeling), pricing and preference research (conjoint, MaxDiff, choice-based methods), mixed methods research skills, strong communication, experience in B2B/B2C and AI products, and commitment to accessibility and inclusive design. The role is full-time, senior level, hybrid work model, located in Mountain View CA, Redmond WA, or New York NY. Salary ranges from $142,800 to $304,200 depending on location.
