Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
10+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python or equivalent experience
5+ years of engineering leadership and people management experience
Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams delivering enterprise-grade CRM, Sales Enablement, Monetization, or business-critical platform solutions
Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, and developing engineers, technical leads, and engineering managers
Architectural expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native services, microservices, and large-scale application platforms
Experience building and operating solutions on Microsoft Azure with focus on reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence
Experience partnering with Product Management, Applied Science, Design, and business stakeholders
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
