Lead software solution development to meet strategic goals and user expectations, including application integration, scalability, security, and system analysis. Provide technical leadership across Streaming Hub Applications teams, define long-term technical strategy, lead architectural initiatives, and establish engineering standards. Drive modernization of development and delivery practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, and operational readiness. Lead cloud and infrastructure strategy including multi-cloud architecture and disaster recovery. Mentor senior engineers and develop technical leaders. Oversee software release process and collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure software quality. Define and monitor key performance metrics and lead project planning and resource allocation. Requires 15+ years experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong software engineering principles, people management skills, and AWS cloud computing experience. Must be able to work nights and weekends as necessary.
