Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
6+ years technical engineering experience coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python or equivalent experience
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
Pass Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 8+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years experience
7+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems, backend services, or data platforms
Solid skills in C#, Java, Go, or Python, and experience with SQL or data-processing frameworks
Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including service design, storage, compute, networking, and CI/CD pipelines
Demonstrated leadership in technical architecture, cross-team execution, and mentoring senior engineers
Experience with conversion tracking, attribution systems, event processing, identity signals, data quality, or privacy-aware advertising measurement
Background in advertising, marketing technology, conversion measurement, attribution, reporting, or large-scale analytics
Experience with web, app, or offline conversion signals, conversion goals, attribution models, optimization signals, or measurement diagnostics
Experience integrating third-party measurement platforms, identity systems, advertiser data sources, or consent-aware event pipelines
