Principal Proserve Cloud Architect, AWS Professional Services, Pan-Amazon Strategy and Growth

What you'll do

• Help ProServe teams globally connect Amazon’s operational excellence in Commerce, Supply Chain, AdTech/MarTech, and Customer Experience to AWS services and domain expertise for enterprise customers
• Orchestrate cross-domain pursuits spanning multiple Amazon business units, aligning domain experts and advancing deals through qualification to close
• Serve as the primary ProServe bridge to Strategy and Business Development to make ProServe capabilities visible
• Support domain experts in making production-proven solutions discoverable and deployable globally
• Work with domain expert leads and regional advocates to support deal structure and ensure customer value and delivery feasibility
• Engage partners during pursuit to confirm delivery capacity and scale solutions beyond direct ProServe involvement
• Drive effort to build reusable integration assets to accelerate deployment for subsequent customers
• Navigate competing priorities across geographies, industries, and Amazon business units with high judgment and customer outcome bias
• Lead milestone reviews and prepare evidence for investment decisions as the Pan-Amazon model matures

Requirements

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field
• Experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers
• Preferred: degree in advanced technology or AWS Professional level certification
• Preferred: knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
• Preferred: experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units, geographies, or matrixed organizations
