Full job description

Prime Video is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Tech with experience in MarTech, AdTech, Growth, or Personalization. The role involves owning product strategy and vision, developing roadmaps, and working cross-functionally to optimize customer experience. Requires 8+ years technical product/program management experience, 2+ years end-to-end product delivery, Bachelor's degree, experience with AI/ML technologies, and ability to lead engineering discussions and influence senior stakeholders. What you'll do

  • Own a substantial portion of the product strategy and vision
  • Develop product roadmaps to execute on the vision
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, science, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams
  • Optimize the Prime Video Personalization & Discovery customer experience
  • Take end-to-end ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with teams and influence senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies
