Full job description
Microsoft Clarity seeks a Principal Product Manager to lead Clarity Commercialization focusing on AI Visibility, enterprise readiness, pricing, packaging, and product capabilities to scale Clarity into a paid business. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, translating customer and partner feedback into product requirements, defining paid offering capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver products, linking product usage to business value, prioritizing commercialization efforts, and aligning executive stakeholders on the commercial roadmap. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in product or software development, with preferred experience in SaaS commercialization, pricing, GTM strategy, analytics products, enterprise SaaS features, advertising technology, API strategy, and customer success. The role is full-time, on-site in Redmond, WA or Mountain View, CA, with a salary range of $165,600 to $331,200 depending on location.

Translate customer, agency, seller, and partner feedback into clear product requirements for enterprise customers, account hierarchies, agency models, permissions, privacy-safe sharing, onboarding, and support readiness

Model Microsoft culture through customer obsession, high accountability, direct communication, inclusive collaboration, and a willingness to work through ambiguity without hiding behind process
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
Experience with pricing, packaging, GTM strategy, paid product adoption, or monetization models for digital products
Experience building analytics products, AI analytics, web analytics, experimentation, attribution, measurement, or customer insight tools
Experience defining product requirements for paying customers, including enterprise workflows, admin controls, access models, reporting, onboarding, support, and customer success needs
Experience working across engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, finance, business planning, and senior leadership
Experience communicating with audiences at all levels and disciplines, written and verbal communication, with the ability to make ambiguous product and business tradeoffs clear
Experience with AI search, GEO, SEO, LLM visibility, content discovery, citations, knowledge retrieval, or agentic product experiences
Experience with web analytics or product analytics tools such as Clarity, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo, FullStory, or similar products
Experience building enterprise SaaS products with RBAC, account hierarchy, multi-tenant controls, compliance, privacy, and admin workflows
Experience with advertising, marketing technology, agency workflows, Microsoft Advertising, or customer acquisition products
Experience with API strategy, partner integrations, data exports, MCP-style integrations, or products that become part of a customer’s operating workflow
Experience taking a free or product-led growth product into paid tiers, enterprise packaging, or sales-led adoption
Strong customer empathy for marketers, growth teams, agencies, ecommerce teams, publishers, and enterprise digital teams
Ability to operate like a business owner: product strategy, customer value, GTM, economics, execution, and organizational alignment
