Microsoft Advertising is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Ads API and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The role involves working with engineering, product, design, partners, and customers to improve programmatic advertising campaign management and AI agent integration. Responsibilities include product leadership, execution, go-to-market evangelism, defining success metrics, and establishing Microsoft Ads as a leader in developer and agentic tooling. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of product/service/program management experience or equivalent, with preferred qualifications including 12+ years of experience, knowledge of the ads ecosystem, AI agents, APIs, and strong communication skills. The position is full-time and on-site in Redmond, WA or Mountain View, CA. Salary ranges from $142,800 to $274,800 annually, with higher ranges for San Francisco Bay Area and New York City locations.
