Microsoft AI Experiences (AIX) team is hiring two Principal Product Managers to build the identity foundation behind Microsoft's consumer products. The role involves setting product vision for a unified user ecosystem, managing graph architecture, signal integration, sign-in and consent pathways, and transparency controls. Responsibilities include evaluating new signals for revenue impact, defining system metrics, designing experiments, collaborating with engineering and data science teams, building platform capabilities, and ensuring privacy and compliance. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development. Preferred qualifications include 12+ years experience, experience with data-heavy consumer platform products, technical fluency in data pipelines, graph architectures, APIs, and experimentation systems, and experience with consent and privacy-compliant identity or advertising products.
