Microsoft AI Experiences (AIX) team is hiring two Principal Product Managers to build the identity foundation behind Microsoft's consumer products. The role involves setting product vision for a unified user ecosystem, managing graph architecture, signal integration, sign-in and consent pathways, and transparency controls. Responsibilities include evaluating new signals for revenue impact, defining system metrics, designing experiments, collaborating with engineering and data science teams, building platform capabilities, and ensuring privacy and compliance. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development, with preferred qualifications including 12+ years experience and technical fluency in data pipelines, graph architectures, APIs, and experimentation systems. Salary ranges from $142,800 to $331,200 depending on level and location. Locations include New York, Mountain View, and Redmond.
