Full job description
Hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven creative advertising products at Microsoft Advertising. Responsibilities include product leadership, customer advocacy, decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, data and AI innovation, go-to-market leadership, and industry leadership. Requires Bachelor's degree and 8+ years experience in product management or software development, with preferred qualifications including 12+ years experience and deep knowledge of advertising ecosystem and creative product development. Role is full-time, on-site in Redmond, Mountain View, or New York. Salary ranges from $142,800 to $304,200 depending on location.
What you'll do
- Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for creative automation, GenAI asset generation, and creative quality systems across Microsoft's ad ecosystem
- Represent the product to advertisers and agencies, understand their creative workflows, and champion those needs internally
