Microsoft AI is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead trust and safety initiatives for AI-powered products. The role involves building platform-level safety, moderation, and abuse-prevention solutions, driving multi-year strategic initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX, Data Science, Engineering, AI research, and Product Marketing. Candidates must have 10+ years of product management or software development experience, expertise in AI/ML product leadership, and a strong background in trust, safety, or fraud prevention. Responsibilities include owning product areas, defining requirements, managing product development, and ensuring safety at scale. The position is full-time, on-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
