The MAI Monetization team is hiring a Principal Product Designer to work on the MAI Monetization Design System and AI-Native Tooling suite (Vibe Kit and Vibe Studio). Responsibilities include designing and evolving design system components and patterns, driving adoption with engineering, contributing to Vibe Kit, shaping Vibe Studio workflows, partnering with AI UX engineering to make the system machine-readable, and maintaining quality standards. Required qualifications include a relevant degree with 6+ years experience or equivalent, with preferred qualifications including 8+ years experience, hands-on design systems experience, AI tooling experience, and strong communication skills. Experience with Fluent design system, React, AI-assisted coding tools, and background in advertising or data-dense tooling is preferred. Salary ranges from $142,800 to $274,800 annually in the U.S., higher in SF Bay area and NYC. The role is full-time and on-site in Mountain View, CA or Redmond, WA.
