Microsoft Advertising is hiring a Principal Product Designer for the Advertiser UXD team. The role focuses on designing and evolving the MAI Monetization Design System and AI-Native Tooling suite (Vibe Kit and Vibe Studio). Responsibilities include designing core components and patterns, driving adoption with engineering, contributing to AI tooling standards, shaping design workflows, partnering with AI UX engineering, and maintaining quality standards. Required qualifications include a relevant degree with 6+ years experience or equivalent, with preferred qualifications including 8+ years experience, hands-on design systems experience, AI tooling expertise, experience with Fluent design system and React, and strong communication skills. The role is full-time, hybrid, and located in Mountain View, CA and Redmond, WA. Salary ranges from $142,800 to $274,800 annually, with higher ranges in select metro areas.
