Full job description

Pricing Analyst Intern position for 6 months starting September 2026 in Barcelona, Spain. Full-time internship (39h/week) requiring an internship agreement through school. The role supports commercial agreements by building pricing structures for Retail Media business and creating incentive deals for large clients. Responsibilities include preparing incentive deals, guiding client solutions teams through rebate/incentive processes, retrieving and analyzing client financial data, summarizing proposals for leadership approval, preparing monthly billing information, managing invoicing and reporting, maintaining deal database, and performing ad-hoc tasks. Requirements include a bachelor's degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance), self-motivation, good communication skills, ability to learn ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI), and strong Excel skills. What you'll do

  • Support efficient preparation of profitable incentive deals (~60%)
  • Work with deal desk analyst to guide client solutions teams worldwide through rebate/incentive deal process for new deals and renewals
  • Retrieve client financial data to understand client situation and propose adequate financial terms protecting company P&L
  • Summarize client situation & deal proposal to seek leadership approval
  • Prepare monthly non-standard billing information (~20%)
  • Validate, prepare and process pre-billing information for invoice generation monthly
  • Manage customer specific invoicing and reporting requirements
  • Maintain accurate deal database and help drive insights (~10%)
  • Perform ad-hoc initiatives and tasks (~10%)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Accounting or Finance preferred and/or strong appetite for data-driven & process-related topics
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, flexible and able to change priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems (experience with SAP, Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI is a plus)
  • Good command of Excel (use of vlookups & pivot tables)
  • Must be able to provide an internship agreement through their school
