Samba is hiring a mid-level technical manager to lead the Sama Data Platform and Cloud team within the Platforms shared-services organization. The role involves owning the department roadmap, making technical decisions, managing a small team, and handling technical issues hands-on. The candidate must be technically credible, able to pass an architecture challenge, and experienced with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Python. Strong communication skills are required to persuade cross-team stakeholders. The role is suited for someone with 3-5 years of experience, preferably from startups or small teams, who wants to grow into management. The position is based in Warsaw, Poland.
