Full job description
The Partnerships & Alliances Director manages TripleLift’s global demand partnerships and connects Agency Holding Company strategies to regional sales teams. Responsibilities include managing the Preferred Partner Deal Desk, optimizing commercial workflows, maintaining performance dashboards, leading agency-wide initiatives, and supporting executive relationships with major Agency Holding Companies. Requires 7+ years in programmatic advertising or adtech with agency partnership experience, strong commercial operations skills, analytical literacy, and a collaborative mindset. Benefits include medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match. Salary range is $170,000 to $230,000 USD.
