Full job description
Inside Sales role based in New York City for Equativ's North America team. Responsibilities include prospecting, responding to prospects, qualifying decision makers, booking meetings, and supporting sales managers during meetings. The role requires use of Salesforce CRM and Outreach tools. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 0-2 years of experience or internships, preferably with lead generation experience and Salesforce proficiency. Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to manage high volume tasks are required. Salary range is $45,000 to $55,000 per year with uncapped commission potential. What you'll do
- Prospecting within given territories, verticals, and media agencies
- Responding to incoming emails from prospects
- Qualifying decision makers and ensuring company fit
- Booking meetings for sales managers
- Sitting in on meetings and taking notes to capture client needs
- Using Salesforce CRM, Outreach, and sales tools to maximize efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience and/or internships preferred
- Experience in lead generation capacity preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to prospect, manage, and qualify prospects
- Detail-oriented with extreme attention to detail
- Clear oral, written, and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume tasks in an organized way
