Full job description
Join Equativ's Inside Sales, Partnerships team based in New York City. This entry-level sales role involves prospecting, responding to prospects, qualifying decision makers, booking meetings, and supporting sales managers by attending meetings and capturing client needs. The team uses Salesforce CRM and Outreach to optimize daily operations. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, 0-2 years of experience or internships, preferably with lead generation and Salesforce proficiency. Strong communication, organization, and self-motivation are required. The role offers a base salary of $45,000 to $55,000 per year with uncapped commission potential, sales training, and career growth opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on sales within the ad tech and programmatic advertising industry.
What you'll do
- Prospecting within given territories, verticals, and media agencies
- Responding to incoming emails from prospects
- Qualifying decision makers and companies able to work with us
- Booking meetings for sales managers with qualified contacts
- Sitting in on meetings and taking notes on client needs
- Utilizing platforms such as Salesforce CRM and Outreach to maximize efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience and/or internships preferred
- Experience in lead generation capacity is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to prospect, manage, and qualify prospects
- Detail-oriented with thoroughness, accuracy, and organization
- Clear oral, written, and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage high volume tasks in an organized way
