Full job description
Koddi is a global commerce media technology company. The Partner Success Manager will own relationships with top regional advertisers and agencies in the APAC market, driving adoption, performance, and partner value. Responsibilities include managing advertiser portfolios, client meetings, program design and management, coordinating program delivery, analyzing campaign data, providing partner feedback to internal teams, and collaborating globally to launch solutions. Requirements include fluency in Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese; strong English communication; 2+ years in partner success or digital advertising operations; knowledge of digital advertising channels; proficiency with SQL, Salesforce, or ZenDesk; strong analytical skills; self-motivation; and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key APAC advertiser and agency relationships
- Meet regularly with clients to review performance, share insights, and deliver strategic recommendations
