Full job description

Digital Turbine seeks a Partner Manager with 3+ years experience in digital media, account management, or business development to manage channel partners in LATAM. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, developing strategies, measuring campaign performance, identifying sales opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and leading strategic initiatives. Requirements include a BS degree (preferably in Business, Economics, Analytics, or Marketing), programmatic expertise, strong client relationship skills, bilingual in Spanish and English, and excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a hybrid role local to Mexico.

What you'll do

  • Manage a book of business and develop strong relationships with channel partners
  • Develop and implement strategies with partners aligned to country needs
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs
  • Identify, analyze, and benchmark campaign and customer success to find new sales opportunities
  • Develop relationships with brand sales, creative, and operational teams focusing on customer service
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (AdOps, Analytics, QA, Creative, Sales) for campaign performance
  • Develop close partnerships with clients and lead strategic initiatives to grow accounts

Requirements

  • BS required (Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing preferred)
  • 3+ years in Digital Media at an agency, media owner, or Ad Tech Company
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising and monetization ecosystem
  • Programmatic expertise with deep ecosystem knowledge
  • Proven track record managing and developing client relationships
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent command of Spanish and English
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to collaborate with international and management teams
