Requirements
4–7 years of client-facing experience within Ad Tech, digital media, SSPs, ad operations, or digital publisher environments
Proven track record in the ANZ market
Solid understanding of the programmatic web ecosystem (SSPs/DSPs, Header Bidding, Prebid.js)
Knowledge of core web tools (Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics)
Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency
Outstanding consultative presentation skills
Experience managing cross-functional and executive stakeholders
Full working rights in Australia/New Zealand (no sponsorship available)
Basic hands-on familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, DOM manipulation, APIs, or web SDK integrations (nice-to-have)
Exposure to SQL and Salesforce (nice-to-have)
Experience with commercial negotiations, contract amendments, and renewal agreements (nice-to-have)
Deep understanding of supply-side publisher optimization and buyer-side programmatic market dynamics (nice-to-have)
