TripleLift is hiring a mid-level Partner Manager with 3-5 years of online advertising experience and 2+ years client-facing experience. The role requires strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, including CPA, CPC, CPM campaigns, RTB, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and optimization platforms. Responsibilities include managing high-profile accounts, developing client relationships, onboarding new customers, providing campaign consultation, and collaborating with sales, product, and campaign management teams. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, marketing, or related field preferred. The position is full-time, on-site in Chicago, IL, with a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 USD and benefits including medical, dental, vision plans, flexible PTO, and 401k with employer match.
What you'll do
- Define, achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and operational key results
- Manage and grow a roster of high-profile accounts and cultivate client relationships with key decision makers
- Work closely with sales team to onboard new customers and grow current accounts
- Serve as a resource for clients and internal teams on TripleLift and programmatic landscape
- Become an expert on TripleLift product suite and provide consultative services and campaign recommendations
- Provide continual training and product updates to clients
- Work with Product Management to define features and drive enhancements
- Partner cross-functionally with Campaign Management for RFPs, inventory forecasting, and client requests
- Establish relationships with decision makers, influencers, and ad ops/trading teams to understand business needs and provide troubleshooting
Requirements
- Experience managing CPA, CPC, and CPM marketing campaigns
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization
- Advanced experience in Excel and MS Office, including pivot tables and manipulation of large data sets
- Expertise in working with RTB, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms is a plus
- Proven track record of growing accounts by forming strong client relationships
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work individually and collaboratively
