AWS ProServe seeks a Principal Commerce and AdTech/MarTech domain expert to lead a new Pan-Amazon ProServe team. The role involves translating Amazon's commerce and advertising capabilities into scalable solutions for enterprise customers globally. Responsibilities include orchestrating cross-business unit pursuits, serving as a bridge to Amazon Ads and Retail teams, supporting deal structures, driving reusable solution assets, and managing priorities across geographies and industries. Requires 8+ years of technical customer-facing experience, a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and experience integrating MarTech solutions in complex enterprise environments. Preferred qualifications include advanced technology degrees or AWS certifications and experience leading cross-functional projects. Locations include Austin, TX; Santa Clara, CA; Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; New York, NY; Chicago, IL; and Dallas, TX.
