The Global Brand & Advertising team at Microsoft seeks an Operations Program Manager to support brand and campaign operations at global scale. The role partners with leadership to manage program execution, surface risks, and bring structure to daily operations. Responsibilities include researching workflows, improving and launching programs, defining requirements, building project plans, defining success metrics, executing communication plans, maintaining business rhythms, ensuring program compliance, evangelizing operations programs, managing timelines and budgets, running review rhythms, evaluating performance metrics, and developing training materials. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees and 6-8+ years of experience. Candidates should be adaptable, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, experienced in creative/marketing operations, familiar with workflow/project management tools (Workfront, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet), digital asset management, and AI-enabled tools. Salary ranges from $97,600 to $188,400 annually in most US locations, with higher ranges in the San Francisco Bay and New York City areas.

Assist in researching workflows across Brand & Advertising organization to inform program scope and priorities
Identify opportunities to improve existing programs and stand up new ones including intake, prioritization, capacity planning, AI pilots, and reporting rhythms
Assist in defining program requirements, resource needs, and building project plans aligning cross-functional teams

Help teams execute program processes rigorously and efficiently across operations ecosystem (Workfront, Brand Central, Campaign DAM, Brand Guidance Agent)
Support PO and MUP tracking, vendor onboarding logistics, and budget visibility with Operational Strategy Lead
Help run regular review rhythms to identify what is working, where work is stuck, and where operating model needs adjustment
Help collect and evaluate performance metrics across operations including capacity utilization, intake quality, on-time delivery, AI pilot adoption, and stakeholder feedback
Assist senior team members in turning data into insights to surface risks and improvement opportunities and capture lessons learned
Help develop enablement materials, training, and documentation to drive adoption of new programs, tools, and ways of working
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
Experience working in a fast-changing environment, with ability to adjust quickly as technology, priorities, and ways of working evolve
Curious by nature, with a problem-solver's mindset and habit of asking questions, digging into root causes, and proposing practical solutions
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, able to take an early-stage idea or rough direction and move it forward into a clear plan and concrete next steps
Experience supporting creative, marketing, or campaign operations in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
Experience with workflow and project management platforms (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and digital asset management systems
Experience working with AI-enabled tools and interest in helping teams adopt new technology
