Full job description
Lead a team serving client needs with relevant SLAs. Oversee performance reporting and governance to support goals and continuous improvement. Develop and motivate a high performing media operations team. Implement continuous improvement culture in coordination with Media and Performance Operations leadership. Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. Manage campaign timelines and deliverables with partners. Ensure financial control across Media Digital Delivery Operations. Manage annual performance reviews and goal setting for direct reports. Maintain relationships with Director of Media Digital/Non-Digital Delivery Operations and key partners.
What you'll do
- Assess the role of the team in serving client needs including relevant measures and Service level agreements (SLAs) where appropriate
- Lead performance reporting and governance to support performance goals and continuous improvement activities to make operations more effective for clients and businesses
