Full job description

Moloco is seeking a Lead Designer with 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, mobile gaming, or ad creative production. The role involves leading the design of high-performing ad creatives (static, video, playables), managing creative projects and vendors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of performance KPIs such as IPM, ROAS, and CTR. Responsibilities include setting creative direction, developing new ad concepts, monitoring creative performance, and mentoring designers. Preferred qualifications include experience at DSPs or ad tech companies, familiarity with marketing operations platforms, creative AI tools, and localization workflows. The position is full-time and on-site in Beijing or Shanghai, China. Applicants must submit a resume and portfolio.
