Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 1 year experience as ad business generation consultant, yield manager, or growth specialist with AdMob optimization; experience working with C-level executives and cross-functional management; experience managing agreements or partnerships. Preferred qualifications: expertise in A/B testing for pricing strategies, tooling automation for scale, monetization tactics for Mobile Apps; mobile gaming monetization experience; practical experience with Agentic AI solutions for workflow design; deep understanding of AdTech principles, mediation setups, yield best practices for App environments; strong investigative skills interpreting eCPM, fill rates, match rates data; excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities: empower online publishers with ad solutions (AdMob, AdSense, Google Ad Manager); build relationships with large App developers; ensure partners maximize Google's advertising technology; explore new partnership opportunities; support Google Product teams with partnerships; create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and incubate business growth. Salary: €70000 - €71500 EUR plus 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
