Mid-Level Backend Engineer – Java/Go

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust features for the core ad exchange platform
• Write highly concurrent, efficient, and reliable code, minimizing latency and maximizing throughput
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager and cross-functional peers to break down complex product requirements into technical tasks
• Participate in code review process maintaining high standards for code quality and system security
• Take ownership of code in production by monitoring system health, troubleshooting live issues, and participating in incident resolution workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily focused on backend systems
• Strong proficiency in at least one system-level or strongly typed language (Java or Go preferred)
• Hands-on experience building and deploying applications in a modern Cloud environment (GCP or AWS)
• Practical experience with containerization (Docker) and a working understanding of orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools
• Open mindset and willingness to integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflow
• Bonus: Previous exposure to high-traffic, low-latency environments (Ad-Tech, FinTech, High-Frequency Trading, etc.)
