Full job description

Xapads Media is hiring for Ad Tech sales representative/manager roles responsible for maintaining relationships with media planners across agencies and generating revenue through sales of advertising products and services. Candidates must be aggressive sales hunters, prospect new leads, manage relationships, and apply a metrics-focused approach. Responsibilities include driving implementation of client briefs, becoming proficient in digital advertising products, teamwork, and multitasking across departments and brands. Qualifications include an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, prior similar experience, excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, proficiency in numbers and Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets. Experience requirements: minimum 2 years for representative role, minimum 4 years for manager role in adtech sales with agency connections. Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.

  • Think and act like a sales hunter with aggressive sales activity

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, marketing or related field
  • Prior experience in similar role
  • Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficiency in numbers and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
  • Work towards achieving targets
  • For Rep role: minimum of 2 years of experience in adtech sales or similar industry sales role
  • For manager role: minimum 4 years of experience in adtech sales and connects with agency
