Join Xapads Mobile Performance team responsible for strategic partnerships and alliances. Responsibilities include onboarding premium and tier 1 partners for Mobile Performance Campaigns (CPI, CPR, CPA), scaling partner business, promoting campaigns to meet KPIs and quality, managing publisher revenue in China, negotiating deals with direct apps, and building relationships with OEMs, direct apps, and SDK partners. Requires minimum 4 years experience in mobile performance, established network of OEMs and partners, and postgraduate degree in Marketing or Advertisement.
