AppLovin is hiring a mid-level full-time media buyer to expand paid acquisition across new digital marketing channels including AI search, X, CTV, and out-of-home. The role involves designing and optimizing paid marketing tests, managing campaign performance, supporting technical operations, managing budgets and KPIs, and owning creative strategy. Candidates must have 3+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience, be data-driven and creative, and comfortable with tools like Claude, SQL, Posthog, and BI platforms such as Superset or Looker. Experience with landing page testing, B2B advertiser acquisition, ad-tech, DSP, or marketplace backgrounds are a plus.
