Deep expertise in causal inference, econometrics, experimental design, or marketing measurement

Experience designing and analyzing experiments such as geo holdouts, matched-market tests, A/B tests, or other quasi-experimental designs
Strong SQL skills and one of Python or R
Ability to communicate statistical concepts to non-technical audiences
Excellent data storytelling and executive/client communication skills
Ability to move between hands-on analysis and strategic leadership
Strong commercial judgment - understanding that measurement must be both scientifically credible and operationally usable
Entrepreneurial, builder mindset
Ability to operate independently while thinking about scaling the capability
