Full job description
Join the UK Business Marketing Team at Teads to support commercial marketing needs through project management, event coordination, and administrative tasks. Work closely with the Marketing and Event Manager and report to the Senior Marketing Director. Responsibilities include assisting with marketing initiatives (email campaigns, project tracking, event invitations, financial administration, sales content), supporting event planning (venue sourcing, vendor liaison, deadline tracking, merchandise ordering), and creating marketing materials (case studies, one-pagers). Use tools such as G-Suite, Slack, Monday.com, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Requirements include a proactive attitude, ability to work independently and in teams, eagerness to learn, interest in digital advertising, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and Adobe Design Suite experience is a plus. Location: London.
What you'll do
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing initiatives including email campaigns, project tracking, event invitation lists, financial administration, and sales enablement content
- Support planning of company events by sourcing venues, liaising with vendors, tracking deadlines, ordering branded merchandise, and providing project management support
- Draft and design marketing and sales materials such as case studies, one-pagers, and promotional documents
- Utilize platforms like G-Suite, Slack, Monday.com, HubSpot, and Salesforce to streamline communication and track project progress
