Full job description

Manager - Sales role at mediasmart based in Bangalore. Responsible for building and sustaining mediasmart business in the region through direct brand partnerships and agency relations. Lead sales for programmatic and proximity platforms including CTV and mDMP. Requires 3-5 years experience in sales within Big 5 Agency Groups or DSP/DMP/Martech platforms, strong understanding of mobile ad tech and programmatic ecosystem, excellent communication and leadership skills. Key duties include driving revenue growth, optimizing programmatic platforms, managing client relationships, and collaborating with global teams.

What you'll do

  • Engage with top advertisers at leadership levels to create and drive joint business plans
  • Build active sales pipeline for large Agency/Trading Desk deals and Brand IO business
  • Lead sales for mediasmart programmatic & proximity platform, CTV & mDMP propositions
  • Instil culture of collaboration and accountability
  • Drive revenue growth by activating new accounts and enable direct sales team
  • Optimize programmatic platforms for maximum revenue
  • Evaluate RTB programs periodically and identify new growth opportunities
  • Report and analyze programmatic efforts periodically
  • Maintain strong relationships with programmatic market players
  • Collaborate with global Client Services, Supply & Marketing teams
  • Attend industry events to represent mediasmart and identify growth trends

Requirements

  • Overall 3-5 years of experience
  • Experience at Big 5 Agency Groups or in Platform Sales for DSP/DMP/Martech industry
  • Good understanding of mobile ad tech and programmatic ecosystem
  • Strong relationships with media agencies, trading desks, and advertisers
  • Hands-on, self-starter, goal-oriented, able to work without supervision
  • Experience guiding deals involving global collaboration
  • Understanding of sell-side dynamics, especially supply-side platforms
  • Excellent communication and service-oriented leadership skills
