Position: Manager/Senior Manager. Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Role involves leading agency sales by partnering with large and medium agencies to deliver optimal advertising solutions. Responsibilities include achieving quarterly sales goals, managing and growing agency relationships, joint business planning with agency executives, and building data-driven agency plans. Requirements: Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years experience in sales, business development, or agency account management; strong presentation and data analysis skills; strong business acumen; resilience and a proactive attitude; excellent interpersonal skills.

What you'll do

  • Deliver against assigned quarterly goals on new and existing business, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences managed agency partners
  • Own and grow primary agency relationships from the executive level down to specific account teams, including business directors and performance and digital leads
  • Engage in joint business planning with agency executives, offering consultative services to help grow their broader business, ensuring the organization is seen as a key partner to their organization
  • Build compelling, data-driven long-term agency plans leveraging internal and third-party data
  • Synchronize agency plans with your Agency pod and internal cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years of experience in sales, business development, Agency account management
  • Excellent ppt and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and analyze data
  • Strong business acumen and client-centric orientation with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Resilience, aggression & a 'go-getter' attitude to be on top of the deadlines
  • High ambition backed by a solid work ethic and desire to excel and outperform in a fast-growing company and rapidly evolving industry
  • Immaculate Interpersonal skills - both written & verbal
