Full job description

Seeking a Product Manager to execute the product roadmap and manage stakeholders across engineering, operations, sales, and clients. Responsibilities include driving product sprints for AI optimization, media planning, feed management, analytics, and ad modules; translating business requirements into PRDs and user stories; prioritizing features and managing scope; collaborating with sales, operations, and engineering; conducting user research; analyzing platform data; defining success metrics; and specifying API integrations with Meta Marketing API. Requires 3-5 years product management experience in B2B SaaS or ad tech, knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads), technical fluency with APIs and data models, and understanding of enterprise sales cycles and pricing models. Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-time, on-site role.

What you'll do

  • Drive quarterly and monthly product sprints across Optimization AI, Media Planning, Feed Management, Analytics, and Meta/Google Ads modules
  • Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Make trade-off decisions between new features, technical debt, and operational improvements
  • Manage scope creep and timeline commitments with engineering leadership
  • Partner with Sales to understand client pain points and competitive objections
  • Work with Operations to identify workflow bottlenecks and automation opportunities
  • Collaborate with Engineering to balance technical feasibility with business impact
  • Present product updates and strategic recommendations to leadership
  • Conduct user research with D2C founders and performance marketing teams
  • Analyze platform usage data to identify adoption gaps and friction points
  • Define success metrics for each feature launch (adoption, retention, CPCU efficiency)
  • Build feedback loops between client outcomes and product improvements
  • Spec integrations with Meta Marketing API
  • Work with engineering on data pipelines, reporting accuracy, and campaign automation
  • Ensure product capabilities align with API limitations and platform policies

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or ad tech
  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) including campaign structures, bidding strategies, attribution, and conversion tracking
  • Strong technical fluency: Can read API docs, understand data models, spec integrations, and have intelligent conversations with engineers
  • B2B SaaS product experience: Understanding of enterprise sales cycles, custom pricing models, and access control patterns
