Full job description

Manager - Marketing role responsible for end-to-end B2B marketing for Newton. Key duties include planning and running LinkedIn campaigns, managing content calendar and editorial strategy, driving SEO and AEO, writing and editing various marketing content, building sales collateral, managing LinkedIn presence, partnering with product team on launches, developing go-to-market strategies, and proactively generating marketing ideas. Requires 4-7 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, adtech, or mobile marketing, proven LinkedIn campaign experience, strong SEO and AEO knowledge, excellent writing skills, familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/MAP tools, experience creating sales collateral, global marketing exposure, strong organizational skills, and a creative yet analytical mindset. Bonus points for experience with Apple ecosystem (App Store, Apple Search Ads, ASO) and AI tools for content production and optimization. On-site position located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run LinkedIn campaigns focused on MQL and pipeline contribution
  • Own content calendar and editorial strategy across blog, social, and owned channels
  • Drive SEO and Answer Engine Optimization to improve search visibility
  • Write and edit high-quality content including thought leadership articles, case studies, landing pages, and email sequences
  • Build sales collateral such as pitch decks, landing pages, one-pagers, battlecards, proposal templates, and case studies
  • Manage LinkedIn presence and content strategy to grow followers, engagement, and inbound interest
  • Partner with product team on feature launches, positioning, and messaging
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and market segments
  • Proactively bring ideas for concepts, campaigns, hooks, and narratives

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, adtech, or mobile marketing
  • Proven track record running LinkedIn campaigns
  • Strong understanding of SEO and growing familiarity with AEO and generative search optimization
  • Excellent writing skills for various content types
  • Comfortable with HubSpot or equivalent CRM/MAP tools
  • Experience creating decks and sales collateral
  • Global exposure with marketing to multiple regions
  • Highly organized and self-directed with ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Creative instinct paired with analytical mindset
