Full job description

Marketing Manager responsible for driving marketing strategy, brand positioning, and demand generation across India and key growth markets. Key duties include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing integrated campaigns (digital, content, events), driving lead generation, tracking and optimizing campaign performance, building brand presence in adtech and programmatic advertising, creating thought leadership content, supporting PR and industry engagement, developing marketing collateral, supporting product launches, and managing participation in industry events. Requires 5-7 years marketing experience in adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital media, with expertise in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital campaigns, programmatic advertising knowledge, strong writing and presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with mediaSmart’s business growth objectives
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events
  • Drive lead generation initiatives to support enterprise sales
  • Track campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Build mediaSmart’s brand presence across the adtech and programmatic ecosystem
  • Create thought leadership content including reports, blogs, case studies, and webinars
  • Support PR initiatives and industry engagement activities
  • Develop marketing collateral including sales decks, messaging, and campaign assets
  • Translate product capabilities into strong marketing value propositions
  • Support product launches and feature announcements
  • Plan and execute participation in industry conferences and client events
  • Manage mediaSmart’s presence at industry forums
  • Support speaking opportunities and thought leadership positioning

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing within adtech, martech, SaaS, or digital media companies
  • Experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and digital campaigns
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
