MNTN is seeking a Manager, Inside Sales to lead and grow a high-performing inside sales team from the Austin office. This full-time, on-site role requires 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing a high-volume inside sales or business development team. Responsibilities include coaching and developing account executives, managing daily sales operations, using data to improve team performance, collaborating with recruiting and enablement teams, and maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts. Candidates should have experience with Salesforce, Gong, and sales productivity tools, strong communication and coaching skills, and preferably experience in advertising technology, SaaS, digital media, or Connected TV.
What you'll do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of account executives by setting clear expectations and accountability across activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
Run the team’s day-to-day operating rhythm, including stand-ups, pipeline reviews, call coaching, one-on-ones, and performance conversations

Requirements
5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years leading an inside sales, business development, or similar high-volume sales team
Strong track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue goals
Experience managing activity-driven sales motions with clear performance expectations and measurable outcomes
Ability to turn data, call reviews, and performance trends into focused coaching and action plans
Strong communication skills and a direct, thoughtful approach to feedback and accountability
Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing sales talent across different experience levels
Comfort working in Salesforce, Gong, and other sales engagement or productivity tools
Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and lead through change without losing sight of the team
Experience in advertising technology, SaaS, digital media, or Connected TV is a plus
