Full job description

Moloco is hiring a senior GTM StratOps professional to lead cross-functional initiatives, run operating cadence meetings (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), analyze GTM motion metrics, and contribute to AI-enabled workflows. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or Commercial Leadership with a strong understanding of GTM processes and metrics. Candidates must demonstrate ownership of initiatives, operational discipline, and daily use of AI to improve workflows. The position is full-time, on-site in Menlo Park, CA, with a salary range of $152,000 to $209,760 USD. What you'll do

  • Own significant cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from scoping to delivery
  • Run operating cadence meetings (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs) with rigor and data-backed insights
  • Diagnose GTM motion by analyzing business data and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to AI-enabled workflows to accelerate research, reduce manual effort, and share best practices
  • Produce analytical inputs that drive planning and strategic decisions

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in Strategy, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Consulting, or a Commercial Leadership role
  • Experience owning and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion
  • Understanding of GTM (Go-To-Market) motion including pipeline generation, deal progression, and seller productivity
  • Experience running or contributing to WBRs, MBRs, or QBRs
  • Daily use of AI to improve work processes and reduce manual effort
  • Ability to produce analysis that shapes decisions
  • Reliable, steady under shifting priorities, open to feedback, and honest about knowledge gaps
