Full job description
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years in technical project management or customer-facing roles, and 3 years in people management. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in related fields, 10 years managing projects involving analytics, software coding, or web technologies, 5 years in technical leadership, and experience in AdTech, internet technologies, data integration, cloud technologies, and YouTube or video ads. Responsibilities include supporting customers across Google’s Ad products, optimizing product use, providing technical and media solutions, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, and ensuring customer ROI and trusted partnerships.

- Support and provide media and technical services for customers across the entire Ad products stack
- Help customers optimize use of Ad and Publisher products
