Full job description
Develop and maintain machine learning and statistical models for business and marketing use cases including propensity modelling, customer analytics, segmentation, and sentiment analysis. Perform data analysis, feature engineering, model development, validation, and performance evaluation. Translate business problems into data-driven solutions to support client growth. Work with large customer datasets and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). Present insights and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders. Requires strong skills in Python, SQL, statistics, data analysis, machine learning, BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, VertexAI, and knowledge of CDPs. Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Experience with LLMs, generative AI, NLP, Treasure Data CDP, marketing/customer analytics, and automotive domain is a plus.
