Full job description

Manager - Client Success role based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Responsible for acting as a trusted advisor to clients, monitoring client performance, providing strategic recommendations, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking key account metrics to ensure high retention and satisfaction. Requires 4+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar in Ad Tech, MarTech, or Digital Advertising. Must have strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, analytics tools, and experience with third-party attribution tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch. Sales experience (upselling/cross-selling) required. Must have excellent communication, analytical skills, be self-motivated, and fluent in English. BA degree required, preferably in Economics, Business Management or related fields.

What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and helping them leverage our platform effectively
  • Proactively monitor client performance, identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges
  • Provide strategic recommendations and data-driven insights to enhance campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to advocate for client needs and drive continuous improvements
  • Track key account metrics, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in Ad Tech, MarTech, or Digital Advertising
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and analytics tools
  • Experience with third-party attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch etc)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales experience – either upselling, cross-selling, or both are required
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Fluency in English
  • BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management or other similar fields
