Media.net is hiring a Manager, Agency Partnerships based in New York. The role involves developing and nurturing relationships with account teams at major holding companies and ad agencies to ensure successful activation of media campaigns and meet revenue goals. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, prioritizing accounts, leading programmatic and private marketplace deal activations, advising clients on industry trends, and collaborating with product teams. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in business or marketing, 2-4 years of experience in media buying or programmatic advertising, strong communication and project management skills, and proficiency with Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Salesforce. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 plus bonus and benefits including unlimited vacation, family-focused benefits, mobile phone benefit, medical and life insurance, catered meals, flexible work hours, and a casual work environment.

What you'll do

  • Maintain strong relationships with advertising agency account teams representing top global brands
  • Review opportunities to develop tailored and custom solutions with internal teams
  • Strategically prioritize accounts and create engagement plans for quarterly and annual goals
  • Lead activation of programmatic opportunities and private marketplace deals to meet revenue targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions
  • Capture and relay new business requirements to the Product team to support revenue growth
  • Maintain customer relationships and key information in Salesforce and share voice-of-the-customer internally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related marketing field
  • 2 to 4 years experience in media buying, programmatic advertising at a brand, agency, or holding company
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Slides and PowerPoint with strong project management skills
  • Driven and strong customer-facing skills to ensure positive customer experiences
